Two friends, one mountain calling

Jojo Borayantu
Born and raised in the mountains of Kinnaur, Jojo has spent his life reading the moods of the high Himalaya. What began as boyhood wanders into hidden valleys became a calling: to share these landscapes with travellers who want more than a photograph.
He leads Snow Wolf’s expeditions with the calm of someone who knows every pass, every village elder and every safe place to camp. For Jojo, an expedition succeeds not when a box is ticked, but when a guest falls quietly in love with the mountains.

Nitish Zintoo
Nitish grew up between two worlds — the traditions of his Kinnauri village and the pull of the wider world beyond the passes. He built Snow Wolf to bridge them: to open his home valley to travellers while keeping its culture and community at the centre.
He curates the human side of every journey — the homestays, the shared meals, the fireside stories and the relationships with local families that make a Snow Wolf expedition feel less like a tour and more like coming home.
“We don’t sell trips. We share the place we come from.”
